Then there are real estate taxes paid on the purchase or sale of a property, which can be for personal or commercial use. Also there are real estate taxes paid on income or investment real estate.
There are many more forms of real estate tax, and each type of tax has it owns levels of taxation, and who it is paid to depends on the circumstances surrounding the property.
