How to obtain Grenada Economic Citizenship by Investment

In September 2013, the government of Grenada revived a long-standing law allowing citizenship by investment through two options, authorized real estate purchase and through donation to the government Island Transformation Fund. This new launch of the old law raises the minimum real estate investment to US$500,000 and was designed for global citizens who request exclusivity and a fast tracked process to grant citizenship.

Grenada Citizenship Fees

As highlighted the Citizenship program is by invitation only and the minimum investment required will be US$500,000, which will include a 50% share in a one bedroom apartment at Mount Cinnamon beach front resort and one citizenship (the primary applicant).

Additional fees apply for family members, and are encouraged, as the country favours family group applications.

Larger investment applications are also welcomed. Investments of greater than US$2,000,000 with no upper limit, can be made for larger custom villas or other commercial investments and entitle the applicant or applicants to apply for citizenship. In all of the above cases spouses and children under 25 years may also apply for citizenship.

The application process is quicker than many other programs, and will be approved within 60 days of submission with your passport issued immediately thereafter.
